Did corporate decision making help save a major player in West Bank retail?

Mis-conceptions-get over it people: You are the problem

It is time the people of  this city get over the misconceptions about other parts of the city that they don't live in.  The ignorance factor is high in New Orleans when it comes to how we view each other and it is causing unintended damage and friction.

Just because you don't live in the 9th ward, don't condemn it.  If you live on the north shore, don't bash the south shore, east bank west bank.  GET OVER IT.

Its like family factions fighting between each other.  They are one family, but yet you tear each other down.

In New Orleans, we have perfected the art of snobbery when it comes to what street one lives on.  What right do you have to bash one area of the city over the other?

I have news for you.  If you are a native, guess what, your mama came from "that" part of the city.  Your grandparents did not live in the suburbs because the suburbs as we know it today did not exist.

So you are tearing down your neighbors and friends and family simply by being a jerk.

And just like your grandma from "that" part of town told you...."Keep your mouth shut and if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything".
